Stage set as Mustafa Kizza, Friends face Wanyama, Mariga Friends in Charity Friendly Match

NAIROBI- 27, JUNE, 2026: Nairobi United's Ugandan import Mustafa Kizza takes to the pitch again today June 27, 2026 for a charitable cause as the Naibois left back, together with his friends face off with a combined side of Victor Wanyama and Macdonald Mariga and their friends in a charity friendly match.

The match is set to be played at the Nyayo national stadium starting at 4:00 pm and entry is free of charge.

Suppported by Victor Wanyama Foundation, NUEF Technology and Victor Wanyama Academy, the match will be played as Kizza and friends seek to raise funds for various charitable causes which is aimed at supporting the vulnerable.

Kizza and friends will play against a side assembled by Football Kenya Federation Vice President and former Inter Milan midfielder Mariga alongside his brother former Harambee Stars Captain and former Tottenham Hotspurs Big Vic.

Kizza recently held a similar charity friendly match in his home town of Kampala Uganda.

Kizza and Wanyama have a long standing friendship stemming from their stint in Canada playing for CF Montreal in the Major League Soccer (MLS).

Kizza signed for Montreal from Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC , for a two year duration plus three option years while Wanyama joined Impact side from Tottenham Hotspurs.

Kizza has been a nightmare for premier league sides in the just concluded league playing as a left back or a wing back terrorising backlines with speedy delivery of crosses and set-pieces.
