EACC Moves to Recover Sh1.5 Billion in Ruaraka Land Compensation as Prosecution Path Reopens
The EACC is moving to recover Sh1.5 billion paid in the controversial Ruaraka land compensation saga after the Court of Appeal affirmed that the land occupied by Ruaraka High School and Drive-In Primary School is public property. The commission has also completed investigations into criminal culpability and plans to resubmit the file to the ODPP for possible prosecution of those found responsible.
