Samsung Electronics East Africa in collaboration with Housewives Paradise has officially launched its direct-to-consumer digital store, the Samsung Brand Store (samsungbrandstore.co.ke), expanding its retail footprint across Kenya.

The platform that operated by the established local partner Housewives Paradise and powered by a dedicated e-commerce technology and operations vendor.

Designed to target Kenya’s growing, mobile-first consumer base, the storefront leverages high internet penetration and widespread mobile payment infrastructure. It serves to complement existing retail distribution by generating brand demand and introducing exclusive inventory lines that broaden the total category market share.

The platform introduces three core value plans tailored for online shoppers in East Africa. Consumers gain access to an online-exclusive product range featuring unique colorways, specialized sizes, and bespoke home appliances and mobile devices unavailable elsewhere in the local market. Additionally, the store offers curated product bundles that pair flagship smartphones with wearables or complete home-entertainment systems at exclusive promotional pricing. To complete the experience, every home-appliance purchase includes Samsung's Signature Service, which provides brand-certified installation, personalized assistance, and dedicated priority support from day one.

To streamline the path from discovery to purchase, the Brand Store integrates WhatsApp conversational commerce directly into the shopping journey. Through this feature, shoppers can initiate click-to-chat product consultations, receive live assisted sales support, and track order fulfillment directly within the messaging channel. Alongside the consumer storefront, Samsung has also introduced a dedicated enterprise platform located at samsungbrandstore.co.ke/b2b. Built for corporate clients, SACCOs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government entities, this B2B portal facilitates bulk device procurement integrated with enterprise security management via Samsung Knox Manage and Knox Guard.

"Today, we take a monumental step forward in how Samsung connects with, serves, and delivers value to our consumers across Kenya," stated Francis Modi, E-Commerce Manage at Samsung Electronics East Africa during the official launch keynote. "Today, we officially open the digital doors to the Samsung Brand Store, redefining the e-commerce landscape in East Africa."

The Samsung Brand Store is live today with active inventory spanning mobile devices, home displays, and smart appliances. The platform supports active fulfillment and nationwide delivery pipelines across Kenya, backed by dedicated customer support teams. Customers can complete purchases using secure local payment options, including M-Pesa and major payment cards. Consumers can explore the new digital storefront online at samsungbrandstore.co.ke, while enterprise clients can access bulk ordering at samsungbrandstore.co.ke/b2b.
