Mabatini Member of the County Assembly Wilfred Oluoch Odalo has been ranked as the best performing MCA in Nairobi, following the latest comprehensive opinion research study, conducted by Intouch Media Plus. In a landmark recognition of transformative leadership, Odalo, the chairman of the Nairobi City County Assembly Budget and Appropriations Committee, Odalo ranked top among the MCA's perfomance underscoring his practical approach to development and his commitment to youth empowerment. Odalo ranked top with an approval rating of 72% with Victor Omondi of Lucky Summer coming second with a 64% rating while Antony Kimemia of Harambee ward came third with a rating of 63%. The survey was conducted across Nairobi with the respondents ranging from the residents of Mathare constituency, which includes his Mabatini ward, fellow MCA's, Nairobi county government officers among them CEC's and Chief Officers as well as various stakeholders. The primary driver behind Odalo’s top-tier ranking is his aggressive strategy to combat unemployment within Mabatini Ward.
